You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mil44 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account password and two-factor authentication settings.
All transactions on mil44 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Processing times vary by channel but are targeted within 30 minutes for verified accounts.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after notice of any amendment to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account with mil44. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. mil44 conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts prior to permitting withdrawal of funds. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances including Real Money Funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each person may maintain only one active account on mil44. Opening multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. mil44 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details. mil44 is entitled to request documentary proof of any registration information at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
mil44 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. mil44 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. mil44 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mil44 immediately at [email protected]. mil44 may suspend your account temporarily while investigating a security concern. mil44 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
mil44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid CNIC or passport; proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and proof of the payment method used (a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank statement). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed on accounts flagged for review.
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. mil44 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
mil44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no platform-side currency conversion fee.
The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is PKR 500. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for bank transfer and USDT channels are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary. mil44 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are targeted for processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business hour during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). mil44 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or force majeure events.
As a condition of our anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. mil44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that do not meet this criterion.
mil44 is obligated under its international gaming licence to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. mil44 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Cooperation with any such investigation is a condition of account use.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mil44 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
mil44 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is detected, mil44 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.
The welcome bonus is available to new players only on their first deposit. Players who have previously held an account with mil44 under any name, mobile number, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Each casino game and sports market on mil44 is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface or market page. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, payment, and conduct matters.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communications failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, mil44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account. mil44 is under no obligation to honour winnings arising from manifest errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international matches). In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time any suspension or cancellation is confirmed. mil44's settlement decisions are final subject only to the dispute process described in Section 14.
Bets may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended and cannot be resumed; the bet was placed on erroneous odds; or the bet was placed after the relevant event has already concluded. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money wallet in full.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mil44 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
mil44 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of all account balances including Real Money Funds; reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the mil44 platform — including but not limited to the mil44 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of mil44 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mil44.
mil44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data processing activities include: identity and age verification (KYC); payment processing and fraud prevention; responsible gaming monitoring; marketing communications (where you have opted in); and regulatory compliance reporting.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mil44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits mil44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting mil44 support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
mil44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or for any other reason that mil44 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with its regulatory obligations.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML or KYC checks. Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mil44 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting mil44 support at [email protected]. mil44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by mil44's licensing authority.
mil44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered on their account and will be displayed prominently on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
